PREPAID SUBSCRIBERS:
1) Please dial 1218.
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and supply your device MDN.
3) Once the contact center confirms successful re-subscription, please recharge the whole amount as per your package line-rent.
Volume as per your current package is instantaneously given 30 days validity. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the quantity is going to be lost.

POSTPAID SUBSCRIBERS:
1) Please dial 1218
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and supply your device MDN.
3) Your re-subscription charge is going to be reflected in your postpaid monthly invoice
Volume as per your current package is instantaneously provided and is valid for 30 days. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the quantity is going to be lost. The quantity of postpaid packages is refreshed automatically on the first of each month.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO DSL INTERNET:

You can dial 0800-80800 to subscribe PTCL DSL package everywhere in Pakistan.

You can also contact the Local PTCL exchange to get this connection and then change the package any time by calling 0800-80800.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Dial 1218 for any complaint to PTCL.

Wi-Fi modem is FREE on all new Internet Broadband Connections.

Existing Student Packages users can get Smart Spot PTCL Wi-Fi modem by paying Rs.1500 one-time charges.

The high-volume usage like 300 GB are going to be charged Rs. 5,000 per month to supply Quality Assurance Purposes for all broadband customers. 8 Mbps and above connections are not available in this condition.

1Mbps and 2Mbps Economy package can Download 10GB and 15GB respectively maximum. Rs.100 per GB is going to be charged to the clients if they exceed the fixed download limit.
